About This Item
Full Description
This standard was first published in 1988 and reaffirmed in 1999 and 2005. The primary change in this version is to clarify the status of Annex A (formerly Appendix A). This previously informative appendix described several possible methods of calorimetry testing. In this revision it has been changed to a normative annex and modified to specify a single mandatory method of testing. This standard prescribes a method for testing automatic ice makers and includes information about testing procedures and the instrumentation and apparatus required for testing, a uniform method for calculating results, and more.
Keywords: testing ice makers, testing ice makers, ice maker testing, testing automatic ice makers
