General

The present edition of the rules includes amendments and additions approved by the Executive Committee as of March 2012 and supersedes the January 2012 edition of the same chapter.

The rule changes come into force as described below. Text affected by the main rule changes in this edition is highlighted in red colour. However, if the changes involve a whole chapter, section or sub-section, normally only the title will be in red colour.

This chapter is valid until superseded by a revised chapter.

Main changes coming into force 1 April 2012

• Sec.5 Legal Provisions

— New items A102 and A103 have been added and item A104 (previous A102) has been amended.

Corrections and Clarifications

In addition to the above stated rule requirements, a number of corrections and clarifications have been made to the existing rule text
