This document describes all needed commands and messages to implement the following GAIN functionalities:

• GAIN Remote Operation (start/stop catering process, change state, etc.)

• GAIN Power Control

• GAIN Data Transfer (data up/download)

• GAIN Failure Monitoring (diagnosis)

• Network Monitoring

This document should be applied to all devices attached to the Galley Data Bus.

This document does not define the equipment environmental requirements, physical description of the equipment, the GAIN or GAIN system architecture, design, or operation.
