Gives guidance on safe practices and procedures for gas cylinders for resuscitators and self-contained non-underwater breathing apparatus. Filling methods provide for compressing at atmospheric air and breathing gases of not greater than, and of greater than, 22 percent oxygen. Does not provide for decant filling of extra high pressure (20 000 kPa and greater) oxygen.
