Applies to magazines capable of storing up to 4,000 lb. of explosives. It does not apply to magazines for storing explosives underground in coal or metalliferous mines or similar workings. For magazines capable of storing quantities in excess of 4,000 lb., the provisions of this specification shall apply, with the addition of such other requirements as the Statutory Authority may require.
