The Boyle Facility Management System (BFMS) delivered to Frederick County, Maryland, links the computer models BSWAN and EXKYPIPE to AutoCAD through a database application written in dBASE IV. BFMS allows the County to generate detailed facility maps and custom reports including hydraulic analysis results and cost estimating. Additionally, through the link between AutoCAD and the system data, BFMS allows the user to graphically represent various operating or physical conditions of the system.
