In addition, a client can control the movement of media in a library using this standard. The future versions of this standard shall address partitioned tape libraries and virtual tape libraries. Note that the experimental subprofile modelling partitioned tape libraries and virtual tape libraries in the previous version of this standard has been withdrawn and hence is now omitted from this standard
