This specification covers the performance of adhesive coil coated metal sheet stock. The coated adhesive stock shall be suitable for exterior applications.

Finished parts must meet the requirements of GM3620M.

An example of drawing call out:

Material: Aluminum per SAE AA 5052 H-36

Thickness: 0.90 – 1.00 mm

Adhesive per 998XXXX

Adhesive Dry Film Thickness: 0.0076 + 0.0025 mm

Coil Coated Adhesive Performance: GM252M

Part Performance: GM3620M, Type II
