These trim items consist of a decorative matterial, such as a woodgrain film, or printed surface which incorporates a clear topcoat or material for wear resistance, which can then be bonded to an aluminum or metal Panel. It is attached to the functional interior trim component through the use of a dielectrically activated material adhesively applied to aluminum or metal panels, mechanical fasteners or adhesives.
