Typical Applications. Materials meeting this specification are intended to be used as service-fill engine oil for passenger cars and light-duty trucks with diesel-fueled engines. Materials meeting this specification may also be used in some regions as service-fill engine oil for passenger cars and light-duty trucks with spark-ignited internal combustion engines.
