International suppliers assigned responsibility for providing engineering test/analysis data in support of engineering design programs shall use this format to provide their reports to the appropriate NTEC Engineering Group. International suppliers having responsibility to develop FMVSS and/or EPA compliance reports shall use this format to provide their compliance reports to the Technical Legislation Department within NTEC.
