This document forms part of a suite of documents which define National Grid's functional and performance requirements for new plant.

This specification defines the characteristics and test requirements for insulator fittings procured for use in Insulator sets for installation on National Grid overhead lines. This specification is applicable to all National Grid 132, 275 and 400 kV ac overhead line designs.
