In liaison with relevant ETSI committees and activities, including EPIISG, NA, RES, RPM, SMG, SPS and TM, the group shall study and report on the current activities within ETSI relating to RLL, including reference models and terminology. Liaison with other organisations, including but not limited to CENELEC, CEPT, EC, FCC and ITU may also be established. The group shall also study and report on the current and foreseeable activities of manufacturers, national authorities, international authorities and operators. The group shall include in its final report recommendations for future standardsiation activities within ETSI, required to facilitate the implementation of RLL systems, including: - the scope and objectives of future RL standardisation activity; - the relevant committees to carry out the work; - target time scales for the work; - proposal for joint action between ETSI and ERC on spectrum-regulation matters in line with the ETSI-ERC MoU; and - recommandations for future RLL work.
