Note: This specification defines the requirements of a zinc coating on flat products of steel in thicknesses < 3 mm.

Material Description. Continuous dipping into molten zinc gives a zinc coating on both sides of the flat product after a corresponding pre-treatment to increase the corrosion resistance. It is possible to obtain different coating thicknesses on each side.
